Mumford & Sons

I am extremely unqualified to talk about new music, due to the fact I pretty much exclusively listen to Hall & Oates, the Band, Neil Young and the Talking Heads. Despite this, I really believe the Mumford & Sons album "Sigh No More" is awesome. This was originally going to be a best albums of 2010 post, but I realized the only albums released in 2010 that I listened to were "Sigh No More" and the Drive-By Truckers 2010 album "The Big To-Do. Please let me know if you've got any recommendations for me.

Gunboat

Another great band out of Oxford, MS. I was fortunate enough to see them a few times at Proud Larry's, during my time at Ole Miss. There are a few songs on their Myspace. Check them out, great porch music.
